PATIENT FEES

POLICY:

For the avoidance of doubt, all fees are due in full on the day of the consultation / treatment and New Patients may be asked to pay in advance to reserve their booking.

Regarding cancellations unless you have given me fully 24 hours notice for either cancelling or rearranging your appointment then this is known as a Late Cancellation and will mean you will need to pay the entire appointment fee in full.

Similarly, a failure to attend a scheduled appointment aka ‘A No Show’ will require the full fee to be paid.

In both cases of Late Cancellation or A No Show, the fee will need to be paid in full before any further bookings can be made.

How to pay

I have Card Facilities for Debit & Credit Cards. Payments over the phone are now possible.

I might even accept AMEX with a small wince at their fees so use your usual debit or credit cards where possible.

For the traditionalists amongst you please pay in Cash, although I doubt it will still be King by 2030.

Bank transfers are also possible if paid fully in advance. This is generally an option for regular returning patients.

I can provide a full written receipt for your treatments which you can then present to your own Insurance provider for remuneration.

Re-assessment & Treatment  if you have not consulted the clinic for 12 months or more


Children & Student’s Treatments

£50.00

Duration: 40 minutes

New Patient Consultation & Treatment

Duration: 25-30 minutes

Re-assessment & Treatment if you & your child have not consulted the clinic for 12 months or more
